- Next we transition to the design and planning phase to finalize your custom tailored designs and details, allowing us to select the ideal finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and decor. Throughout the design process, we oversee and manage each project detail while working with your contractors, build team, vendors, and trade professionals.
- As your project is nearing completion, we coordinate and manage each detail of your installation and styling of your new space so you can enjoy a big reveal.

Luxe Design
Our Luxe Design Service caters to your busy lifestyle while providing the expertise and guidance required for your project. We make it a priority to move quickly and efficiently to reach your design goals.
- Our journey begins with an in-person consultation focused on the specific space that you are wanting to transform.
- We develop a design plan, establish the timeline, and thoughtfully curate the ideal pieces and elements for your project, sourcing them both locally and online.
- With the timeline in place, we schedule our return date to install all selected pieces and style your space.
Our Luxe Design package begins at $3,500 + the purchase of all furnishings and décor.
Design Consultation
For the hands-on client that may just have a few questions or needs to be led in the right direction, a two-hour in person design consultation is an information packed, concentrated source of expert design recommendations

The investment of a Design Consultation is $600 and includes up to 30 minutes of driving time.

Our Selections Design service offers a confidence-inspiring journey with each selection. Throughout the process, you’ll have a design expert right by your side bringing each selection and detail together with you.
- We’ll begin your journey with a discovery meeting to get to know you, understand your preferences, see your current space, and set clear goals for the design selections process.
- Following this first meeting, we create a vision board that serves as a springboard for our design inspiration.
- We maintain open and consistent communication with your build team, attending each selection appointment, conducting on-site meetings and reviewing selections chosen for your home to ensure accuracy.
